This policy explains how SYBNOC Information Technology Consultants Co. L.L.C (“SYBNOC”, “we”) collects and uses personal data through sybnoc.com. We process personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

Enquiries (contact form): name, company, work email, phone, country, the service you are interested in, your SAP landscape, your message and any file you attach.
Job applications: name, email, phone, location, experience, notice period, SAP areas and modules, profile link, CV and message.
Visit source: when you submit a form, we record the page you started from and any campaign tag in the link, so we know which pages bring enquiries. This is held in your browser tab only until you submit.
Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement.
To assess your application and, if you agreed, contact you about future roles.
To protect the site against spam and misuse.
To understand, in aggregate, which pages lead to enquiries.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on each form, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site. We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decision-making.

Cookies and tracking

sybnoc.com does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Who we share it with

Our website hosting and business email providers, who store and deliver form submissions on our behalf.
Google, which serves the list of open roles on our careers pages. Loading that list shares your IP address with Google; no form data is sent.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

Our team includes colleagues based outside the UAE, including in India. Where your data is accessed from outside the UAE, we apply appropriate safeguards as required by UAE law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you.
Job applications: up to 24 months, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Server logs: kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Email info@sybnoc.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.

Security

The site uses HTTPS encryption, spam protection on forms, and access to submissions is limited to staff who need it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
